	Presentation: "Could a Fundamental Physics Discovery be a Breakthrough Discovery in Medical Science?" Time: Saturday 11:20 a.m. - 12:10 p.m.

	Evidence is presented for a newly discovered solid phase of water. Stable at room temperature and pressure, ice-like geometries of solid water called Stable Water Clusters (SWC) are visible using an atomic force microscope. Photographs taken of one particular configuration illustrates a double-helix shape. It is hypothesized that this newly heretofore discovered solid form of water is the material basis of meridians. If correct, this hypothesis can explain the previous lack of physical evidence for the existence of Meridians by the following:

	1. Meridians do not appear as physical structures such as nerve or blood vessels. This could now be explained by the highly polar (and conductive) nature of this newly discovered solid water particle. Because of its polar nature, it would easily allow energy to flow through connective tissues. Much like ground water flowing beneath the earth’s surface, physical structures would need not be present. Therefore no fixed or visible tubes would be seen. 2. Qi or subtle energy is believed to flow through Meridians and when impeded, illness follows. Acupuncture uses some form of vibrational energy (mechanical, electrical, magnetic, or other) as a therapeutic remedy. It is suggested that these remedies create realignment to the bipolar nature of the stable water clusters thus allowing the flow of subtle energy to once again move unimpeded. 3. Water conducts electric current better than other tissues in the body. Hence acupuncture points, which are known to have higher conductivity, can thus be explained by SWC. 4. The underlying physical mechanism of a bio-energetic electromagnetic wave device can be explained by SWC resonance peaks.

	It has been theorized that Meridians transmit infrared light approximately 600 times better than surrounding tissue. Hence the inflammation of the inner organs should be transmitted along the Meridians to the surface. The hot spot and hot lines captured by thermographs can be interpreted as an indication of inflamed organs and tissues along the meridian lines. The consequences of these give good indication that thermographs should be used to locate inflammatory areas of the body. Drinking water containing SWC, and/or rubbing the cream containing SWC, appears to create new pathways of meridians so that Qi can better flow. When Qi flow is restored, blood follows. An abundant supply of blood will enable the organs to heal themselves and the inflammation of the organs will subsequently be reduced. The decrease of temperature of the inner organs can be observed by the decrease of temperature along the meridian lines on the surface of the body. We have applied the SWC together with thermographs to study arthritis, diabetes and chronic fatigue syndrome, with initial success. In fact, SWC appears to act in a similar fashion as that of needles in acupuncture. Wherever acupuncture can help, SWC should also help. A current pilot study on autism shows great promise in the prediction, treatment, and hopefully, the prevention of autism.

	The principle aim of the talk in the conference is to stimulate other practitioners to contribute work towards the integrative exploration of human health with bioenergetic medicine. The understanding of the subtle anatomy of the human integrated system has been explored for many millennia, but only recently with the aid of modern technologies has there been significant scientific investigation. Over 200 energetic modalities have been qualitatively reviewed by The Centre for Biofield Sciences using the Centre’s specially designed bioenergetic protocols. Usually, an analysis is conducted before and after the treatment with a number of different devices monitoring the treatment's efficacy. Researchers at the Centre for Biofield Sciences compared Gas Discharge Visualisation (GDV), Electro Interstitial Screening (EIS), Polycontrast Interference Photography (PIP), and Medical Thermal Imaging (MTI) with subjective client issue identification. Participants were chance selected. Each participant was requested to complete a body perception questionnaire, identifying current and past health issues. The five scanning sessions for each participant took place on the same day and in the same order. The scans were interpreted by experts using qualitative analysis and comparing to the health data from the client questionnaire. Initial results often indicate strong correlations between participant subjective appraisal and that of the scanning mechanisms, particularly PIP and GDV, which show high correlation with each other. This discovery reveals why the ideal resonant frequency of each cell can only be sustained or regained by consuming nutrients that are also at their resonant frequencies. This dynamic cell interaction between the cell and the nutrient creates a highly beneficial, harmonic resonant effect in which the cell is able to ingest not only the nutritional factors but can also absorb the higher resonant frequencies embedded in the nutrient.

Wayne H. Miller began his career in neuropharmacology and received a BS in Natural Sciences. In 1983 he left scientific research and began a career in finance and fiduciary conduct. He held various securities licenses throughout his career and served as President and CIO of an SEC registered investment advisor. Having consulted on the fiduciary management of $100+ billion in retirement assets globally, Miller participated in various fiduciary consulting assignments for the governments of Chile, Dubai and Jordan.

	Over the past decade he has served in an advisory capacity to the management of various biomedical devices and other transformation technology companies. In 2010 he formed Nura Life Sciences and has attracted the attention and support of leading physicians, scientists and business leaders who recognized the status quo for health must be transformed. Joan Parisi Wilcox. M.S. is a professional writer with interests in frontier science, shamanism and mysticism, and indigenous traditions. She is the author of Masters of the Living Energy: The Mystical World of the Q’ero of Peru; Ayahuasca: The Visionary and Healing Powers of the Vine of the Soul, and co-author of Decoding the Human-Body-Field: The New Science of Information as Medicine.
