	You can now quickly balance how you feel with light using all the 7 chakra colors at once to seek immediate relief from life’s daily emotional and mental stress. This Chakra therapy is not meant to replace more extended periods of singular color therapy for chronically underperforming Chakras, yet its quick energy ‘tune up’ can last for hours and provides an advantage both to the practitioner in their office and the general public at home.

	Why only use DeLightful-7 for 5-7 minutes?
	Beyond that we have found users will eventually reach a ‘saturation’ point of diminishing returns marked by a sense of restlessness from too much energy. So 5-7 minutes is enough. Like food, more is not necessarily better. It is not necessary to reach ‘saturation’ to receive a benefit. The stronger the light source, the shorter the duration of exposure needed. Many people can feel an immediate change in how they feel, a lightness where there was heaviness, peacefulness where there was stress.

	How long will I feel more balanced?
	We are all stressed for different reasons and to different extents. It’s to your advantage to use this daily or when you feel the need. We all have particular energy stickiness or blockages due to long-term issues such that certain Chakras generally underperform. DeLightful-7 can help open your ‘circuit’, so-to-speak , for a period of time, but it cannot cure any fundamental underlying issues that may be contributing to any chronic energy blockages. 	Does the Chakra light need to shine on my bare skin?
	Chakras and the aura are fields which utilize the EMF of visible colored light. They extend above, through and around the body. Light can penetrate the skin for a short distance, so it is more effective to remove clothing to influence the fields as much as possible.

	Can I use the sun?
	Yes, by definition it is the best source of “full-spectrum” light, but it is very powerful so use it sparingly.

	Use only one bulb or light source. Avoid fluorescents.
	If you have more than one compact light source, the colors can overlap. Incandescent, halogen and LED bulbs burn more evenly and do not pulsate at the hertz frequency of the power grid like fluorescents, which the eye does not notice. We suggest a SoLux® halogen 12V lamp, using a 35 Watt Solux® 3500K MR16 flood lamp as the best solution next to sunlight [pegasuslighting.com]. The Solux® is very low in ultraviolets and infrareds. Otherwise, we suggest an incandescent or halogen bulb of at least 50 watts and as “full-spectrum” as possible such as the GE Reveal flood-type light bulbs found at Lowe’s Hardware. If not a flood-type bulb, use a lamp fixture with a cone that is reflective of all the light inside it.

	DeLightful-7 ™ How to Energize and Balance your Chakras.

	After disrobing, be seated and position your light source about 5 feet in front of you, mid-chest high, pointed at the chest. Turn off all other lights in the room. You may stand, but it is easier to hold the frame still while sitting. Sit with your knees about one foot apart to begin positioning the frame. Position the frame upright with red on the bottom so that the dividing line between orange and yellow light falls over your navel and you can see the light source through the middle or lower part of the purplish glass (2nd from the top). To help accomplish this, move the frame up or down, either closer to you or the light as needed, and tilt the frame at the top slightly forwards or backwards as needed. The top violet glass pane will be shining just above the top of your head, not on it. Hold this position for five minutes or longer so the light can be absorbed and utilized by the Chakra fields and different layers of the aura. It is not necessary to look at the light source through the glass once you are positioned, and you may close your eyes or look away.

	To maintain an even intensity of light a SoLux® halogen 12 volt display lamp with a 35 watt Solux® 3500K MR16 flood lamp (bulb) is suggested because it is the closest equivalent to sunlight we have found with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 98+. The Solux® MR16 bulb is also very low in ultraviolets and infrareds.


	Otherwise use an incandescent. halogen or or LED flood-type bulb to help focus the light, with the highest CRI rating ("full-spectrum") as possible, or a lamp fixture with a cone that is reflective of all the light inside it for non-flood-type bulbs. Just know that filters don't create the colors you see, they just filter. If adequate colors are not present in the white light emanating from the bulb, they will not come through, so use the highest Color Rendering Indexed bulbs you can find. Those rated above 85 are considered good. Solux is the best, but GE Reveal bulbs, found at Lowe's Hardware are a good, inexpensive alternative. The Solux quality of light is the closest CRI to sunlight on the market we have found, used by museums, photographers and artists to bring out the best of the color in their art.
