| TRAINING Integrative Life Solutions has worked very closely with the corporate office in the UK to develop an intensive 3 day on-site Foundation Training program and a self-paced 3 module on-line course. Both the on-site and the on-line course are included with your NES ProVision purchase. You may take the 3-day Foundational Training course before you purchase a system, if you like, to become more familiar it. The on-site class covers basic and advanced protocols taught with the emphasis on experiential hands on practice so as a practitioner you will feel confident in working with your clients. The 3-day class is held in Clemmons, NC on a Friday through Sunday. The next scheduled Foundation Training dates are April 27 - 29, and June 22-24 in Clemmons, NC. Please try to register at least 2 weeks prior to the start of either of these classes as seating is limited. Otherwise, write pam@integrativelifesolutions.com to confirm space availability. Sholpan Yestekov, ND will be the instructor.
The 3 module Internet course is a more in depth study of the theory and practical use of the system. An instructor is assigned as a coach to assist with questions. Once both trainings are completed you are listed on both the UK and the US websites as a Certified NES practitioner.

During office hours 10:00-5:30 EST, our phones are answered by a staff member – not a recording. Your calls are directed to the best person to address your specific questions or needs.
Integrative Life Solutions provides fulltime technical support to assist you in loading the software and with any technical issues you may encounter. A practitioner liaison is available to assist with periodic questions that may arise. Contact her by email, fax or telephone - and your questions will be responded to promptly. Technical support and practitioner support are provided with your purchase at no additional cost. A COMPREHENSIVE WEBSITE Practitioners are given priority access to the Integrative Life Solutions’ NES Practitioners’ Portal on our website. The Portal contains resources that include power point slides for presentations, in-depth articles, radio interviews, graphics for advertising, and marketing materials. A password protected message board is provided for practitioners and a dedicated message board for medical doctors who may have unique issues when practicing complementary medicine. The message board gives you the opportunity to share successes and concerns with other practitioners from around the US and Canada.
CONFERENCE CALLS Integrative Life Solutions conducts monthly one hour conference calls to provide NES practitioners with important updates, and the opportunity to ask questions and to provide and receive feedback. The monthly conference calls are posted on the Practitioner Portal on the Integrative Life Solution’s website for a period of several months. CDs of the conference calls are made available for a minimal charge. |
