Sweet Feet
This session will begin with an Ionic Detox Foot Bath. You will relax for approximately thirty minutes while the ionic current binds toxins in your body and gently releases them through the pores of the feet. After a short assessment, your therapist will then perform a thirty minute foot reflexology, further encouraging the release of toxins and relaxing the entire body with acupressure and massage techniques.

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves placing physical pressure on different acupuncture points on the surface of the body to stimulate the flow of energy. The body's energy meridians act as an energetic blueprint of the physical body.
