| | Past Life Regression
Experiential Class with Sandra Phocas
This is an opportunity to experience your past lives directly through hypnosis-induced regression!
| | | | | Date: Thursday, March 25th | | | | | Time: 7 - 9 PM | | | | | Location: Integrative Life Solutions | | | | | Cost: $20 | | | | | In traveling to past lifetimes one finds increased perspective on the current lifetime, and can heal emotions and unhealthy patterns, as well as receive new perspectives. This is done using hypnosis to enter into a deep, focused state of relaxation that is not limited by the normal perceptions of space, time or perspective. Belief in past lives is not necessary, as entering into the experience itself is healing--and it can also be seen symbolically, as one might view a dream. Sandra Phocas is a shamanic practitioner who has spent over 20 years studying various modalities of therapy, healing, and spiritual growth, initially as a psychiatrist and later training with shamans in the US, South America, and Africa. This journey has led her to deeply trust in the wisdom hidden in the deepest parts of ourselves and the Universe. Her passion is sharing this path with others through her teaching, mentoring, and healing work. Sandra trained in Past-Life Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss, author of Many Lives, Many Masters and a recent guest on the Oprah show.
Please bring a pillow and mat for lying on the floor. Advance registration is requested as space is limited. | | | | | | | | Back to Top of Page >>> | |

Why are Americans so fat? Two words: fast food.
Supersize Me examines would happen if you ate nothing but fast food for an entire month. Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock does just that and embarks on the most perilous journey of his life. The rules? For 30 days he can't eat or drink anything that isn't on McDonald's menu; he must wolf three squares a day; he must consume everything on the menu at least once and supersize his meal if asked. Spurlock treks across the country interviewing a host of experts on fast food and an equal number of regular folk while chowing down at the Golden Arches.
Dinner – A Taste of Haiti – Authentic Caribbean Fare Featuring Squash Soup, Black Rice, Haitian Potato Salad, Avocado Salad, & Legumes. For dessert, All Organic, No Genetically Modified Ingredients, Nutrient Rich.
*Please note that reservations are required so we can plan the dinner accordingly. Anyone 12 and over may attend. With respect to the class, there is a reference to reduced sexual activity as a result of the diet. Parental Guidance is suggested particularly for a child under 13.
