This is done using hypnosis to enter into a deep, focused state of relaxation that is not limited by the normal perceptions of space, time or perspective. Belief in past lives is not necessary, as entering into the experience itself is healing--and it can also be seen symbolically, as one might view a dream. Sandra Phocas is a shamanic practitioner who has spent over 20 years studying various modalities of therapy, healing, and spiritual growth, initially as a psychiatrist and later training with shamans in the US, South America, and Africa. This journey has led her to deeply trust in the wisdom hidden in the deepest parts of ourselves and the Universe. Her passion is sharing this path with others through her teaching, mentoring, and healing work. Sandra trained in Past-Life Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss, author of Many Lives, Many Masters and a recent guest on the Oprah show.

RSVP: Please sign up by 12 Noon on the day of the event. | | | | Join us for any or all of our chakra classes, like no other, as we introduce basic chakra healing techniques in an empowering group healing environment. These classes will incorporate sound, movement, meditation, aromatherapy, gemstone therapy, color therapy, food suggestions and guided imagery in an unforgettable journey to connect you with your own energy centers! This course is designed for experiential learning, which will give each student the opportunity to personally connect with a wide variety of healing tools. You do NOT have to attend all classes to benefit from any journey. Begin taking the courses or return for more classes at your convenience, even if you have not attended previous journeys. Chakra journeys are perfect as an introduction to energy and healing as well as beneficial for those who have experience with the chakra system but wish to take their personal healing to a deeper level. | | | Next session: Friday, August 13th | | | | Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm | | | | Location: Integrative Life Solutions | | | | Cost: $22.00 for one person, $33.00 for a couple | | | | Come experience two Sound/Vibration therapists, Alexander Tuttle and Shanton Wilcox, as they take you on a magic carpet ride of sound. You will be gently taken away on a calming inner journey as the sounds from various indigenous instruments wash over and through your whole being. This will be an event of relaxation and interaction. Simply lie down with your blanket and pillow, close your eyes, set your intention, and drift away. Everyone is welcome. We will be using a wide array of different sounds from instruments from all over the world that will help you get to a deep level of relaxation, subtly allowing you to ride the magic carpet of sound at your own pace and depth. Alexander and Shanton will provide the carrier wave that will steer you though your own personal ride.
